So another not so great week this week. It's been a while since I've had a gain, and this one was totally avoidable. Just had a lot going on last week and was doing too much snacking. Plus, we had movie night at school Friday night so there were candy and chips and sodas to be munched on. No excuses. Time to get back on track this week!
